Charred sirloin steak marinated in Kogi Korean BBQ Sauce, served over jasmine rice with wok-charred brussels sprouts and bacon.
Korean BBQ Steak Tips with wok-charred Brussels sprouts
ingredients
- 2 cupsSirloin steakmarinated, grilled
- 1/4 cupKogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce
- 1 tbspToasted sesame oil
- 2 cupsJasmine Ricecooked
- 2 cupswok-charred brussels sprouts(see instructions below)
directions
- marinate steak for a minimum of 2 hours in Kogi Korean BBQ Marinade and Sauce.
- drain steak and grill over hot char-grill until rare to medium rare.
- remove steak from grill, plate alongside hot jasmine rice.
- place wok-charred brussels sprouts (instructions below) on side.

- 1/2 cupBacon
- 2 cupsBrussels Sprouts
- 1/8 cupToasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cupRed onion
directions
- Cook bacon and reserve grease.
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and toss with bacon grease.
- Place in hot 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove and hold until needed.
- Add toasted sesame oil to hot wok until smoking.
- Add Brussels sprouts, red onions and bacon. Toss until sprouts are charred.
