Udon noodles tossed with carrot, cucumber, cabbage scallions Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki. Garnished with soft boiled egg, sesame seeds and cilantro.

ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cupshredded carrots
- 1 cupCucumberjulienned
- 1 cupKogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
- 1/2 cupScallionssliced very thinly
- 2 cupsGreen or red cabbagevery thinly sliced
- 10 ozUdon or soba noodlescooked according to package instructions, then drained
- 1 tspblack sesame seeds
- 1/2 cupFresh cilantrochopped
directions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the eggs and cook for 5½ minutes for a soft center.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl of cold water for 1 minute. Peel and reserve.
- Cut all vegetables and place into bowl.
- Cook noodles according to directions, rinse under cool water and drain. Add to bowl.
- Add Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce and toss. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
- Split soft-boiled eggs in half, add to bowl.
